Terms and Conditions of xp999 — Your Rights and Responsibilities

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between you — hereinafter referred to as "User" — and xp999, a Sports Betting and online casino platform available at xp999.best. • "Bonus Balance" — credits granted by xp999 to the User through promotions, subject to rollover requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• "Rollover" — the minimum wagering requirement on the bonus balance in valid bets before it can be converted into Real Balance available for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — the identity verification process (Know Your Customer) required by xp999 to confirm a User's identity before releasing withdrawals above certain amounts.

To register and use xp999's services, the User must meet all of the following requirements simultaneously:

Only one account per CPF is permitted. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly or for any other reason is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all identified accounts, with a permanent block on new registrations. Any balance in those accounts may be forfeited by xp999 depending on the circumstances of the violation.

Xp999 applies identity verification procedures in line with applicable regulatory requirements in Brazil and international best practices for anti-money laundering. The KYC process may be requested at any time, particularly prior to releasing withdrawals above R$ 500.00 or when the platform determines it necessary to confirm the account holder's identity.

Documents that may be requested during the KYC process include:

• Government-issued photo ID: RG, CNH, or valid passport.
• CPF — the number must match the one provided at registration.
• Proof of address dated within the last 90 days.

If you suspect your account has been accessed by a third party without your authorization, contact xp999 support immediately via live chat. xp999 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access where the password was compromised through the User's own negligence.

The User is responsible for keeping their registration details up to date — especially their email address and mobile number — to ensure receipt of important account communications, including security notifications and withdrawal confirmations.

Xp999 accepts the following deposit methods for Brazilian users, all with no platform fees:

All deposits must be made from bank accounts, digital wallets, or Pix keys whose holder matches the CPF linked to the xp999 account. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned to the sender. xp999 reserves the right to request proof of the payment method used at any time.

Deposits made via boleto bancário will only be credited after confirmed bank clearance. Processing time varies depending on the issuing bank and payment date. xp999 is not responsible for delays caused by the Brazilian banking system.

Users may request a withdrawal of their available Real Balance at any time, provided the account is verified and there are no pending reviews or incomplete rollovers on the amount to be withdrawn. • Minimum withdrawal amount: R$ 30.00.

• If irregular activity is suspected, xp999 may hold a withdrawal for up to 10 business days for internal review without prior notice.

Xp999 reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal before it is released. Users must keep their banking details up to date in their profile to avoid processing delays. Withdrawals sent to a Pix key that does not match the registered CPF will be automatically cancelled and the balance returned to the account wallet.

• Each user is entitled to the welcome bonus once only, linked to their CPF.
• Withdrawals requested before the rollover is completed will result in the automatic forfeiture of any remaining bonus balance.

• A bet is considered valid once confirmed by the system and reflected in the User's history. Bets still being processed are not guaranteed.
• Live bets are subject to broadcast delays. xp999 is not liable for bets placed after an event has started due to streaming delays.
• If an event is postponed by less than 48 hours, pre-game bets remain active. Postponements of more than 48 hours result in automatic bet cancellation and a full refund of all staked amounts.
• Odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical or system error may be corrected or voided by xp999 before or after event settlement. The User will be notified, and the staked amount refunded in the event of a void.
• In multiple bets, the cancellation of one selection does not void the others — the cancelled selection's odds are recalculated as 1.00 (i.e., no impact) and the remaining selections stay valid.

If xp999's security team identifies any irregular conduct, the account will be immediately blocked and the available balance confiscated — including any winnings obtained through such conduct. Users may request voluntary account closure at xp999 at any time, provided there are no open bets or pending reviews. If a dispute between the User and xp999 cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days of formal notification by email, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of São Paulo — SP, expressly waiving any other venue, however privileged. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, in particular the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990) and applicable legislation governing the sports betting and digital entertainment market.
